There is a circular, orange icon with a human figure within the center, that is on the right side of the page. When clicked, this icon will provide you with the ability to increase text, change the size of font and characters on the screen.

And there is also a drop down in the upper part of the web page that should allow you to change the language of the website. And there is a feature that should automatically change the language of the website to the language that the user is using based off of their browser’s language.
